Refund Policy

Beauty Care Services Private Limited (“India Beauty Care”, the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, and “Our”), thank you for choosing our services. We are committed to providing exceptional experiences and satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled. By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift certificate, you agree to the terms set forth below:

1. Service Appointments
   1. Cancellations. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or loss of prepayment.
   2. Reschedulin. Clients may reschedule appointments at no additional charge if notice is given 24 hours in advance. Multiple reschedules or last-minute changes may be subject to restrictions.
   3. No Shows. Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointments without prior notice will forfeit the appointment and the amount paid. This policy helps us manage our schedule and respect other clients’ time.
   4. Late Arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. The full service fee may still apply.
   5. Refunds. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a correction or partial credit at our discretion.
2. Gift Certificates and Vouchers
   1. All Sales Final. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. All sales are final.
   2. Validity. Gift certificates are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired certificates may not be accepted and will not be reissued.
   3. Redemption. Gift certificates may be used toward any eligible service at our location or eligible service of our partner. They must be presented at the time of redemption.
   4. Lost or Stolen Certificates. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates. 
   5. Transferability. Gift certificates may be transferred to another person with written consent from the original purchaser.
3. Additional Terms
   1. Discretionary Adjustments. Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at our discretion. We evaluate all cases individually and strive to act fairly while maintaining our operational policies.
   2. Policy Updates. We reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology. Please check this page periodically for changes. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post the changes here. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this  Refund and Return Policy will constitute your consent and acceptance of those changes.
   3. Acknowledgement. By booking a service or purchasing a gift certificate, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Return Policy.
