Refund Policy

Any customer who wishes to receive the services at home must register on the website and select the service they wish to avail from the list provided. Users must make a reservation in advance in accordance with the requirements of the company in order to avail of services from professionals available on the website.

Services will be available subject to availability and acceptance of the online booking, and the company does not guarantee the availability of professionals and services at all times. If the user wishes to cancel a booking, they may do so 1 hour prior to the actual booking time (actual booking time indicates the time the user expects the beautician to arrive at their location) in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided if the customer fails to cancel their booking on time.

It is expressly stated by the company that any request by the user regarding any change to the services purchased through the website will not be accepted by the company.

The Company reserves the right, at any time after receiving a booking from a User, to accept or reject the booking for any reason, which will be communicated to the User in a reasonable amount of time in advance. Any service charges paid will be refunded to the User’s account.

Before accepting a booking, the Company may require further verification or information from the User. Any additional services or promotional offers that may be offered to a User along with their booked services will not be available if the User cancels those services.
Users will be bound by the cancellation policy of the company and will not hold the company responsible for any losses they may incur as a result of cancelling bookings. The company reserves the right to withdraw or change any additional services and/or offerings at any time, without liability towards users.
